Who I am

I've been through the full cycle: from operations where everything depended on me, to an international structure with a team of 500+ and revenue in the tens of millions. I didn't build a business in greenhouse conditions — restructurings, partnership breakups, burnout, role changes, entering unfamiliar markets. That is exactly the material I work with in mentoring — not theory, but a lived path.

For eight years I hosted a weekly live show on Echo of Moscow — it taught me to ask precise questions, hold the meaning, and speak directly without rambling. The same skills work in a session.

Mentoring for business owners

For those who need an honest conversation with someone who's been through it

Smart, reflective — but stuck: the company is growing, the team is there, the money comes in, yet everything still rests on them.

Overload

Everything depends on the owner, the team won't take responsibility

Structural gap

The company grew, the structure stayed old: no roles, blurred processes

Fragile growth

Growth exists, sustainability doesn't: constant firefighting inside

How I work

Most mentors work verbally: an insight is spoken — and dissolves. With me, every session is documented. After the meeting you receive a structured protocol: what we discussed, the conclusions reached, the decisions made, who is responsible for what and by when. I track the dynamics between sessions and follow up on commitments. You always know where you stand and what needs to happen before the next meeting.

Individual work, limited number of mentees. From a single diagnostic session to year-long engagement.

Between sessions — support via messenger.

The first, diagnostic meeting is free, with no obligation to continue.

Deeper than a tool

Behind every management decision is a way of thinking. You can change a process — but if the way a person sees their role and responsibility hasn't changed, in three months everything returns to where it started. For fifteen years I've studied philosophy — from Stoicism to Eastern traditions — not as a hobby, but to work with the foundation, not the surface. I don't separate the "business" from the "personal": in practice they aren't separate.

Who I don't work with

  • Those who seek approval, not honesty.
  • Those who aren't ready to act between sessions.
  • Those who want to talk about problems but not move.

It doesn't matter how "successful" someone is. What matters is whether they're ready to dig in, not hide behind it.

Formats & pricing

Three formats of engagement. Price depends on the depth and horizon of the work — "from" anchors are shown.

Also: a strategic intensive (1–2 days) — on request.

The first, diagnostic meeting is free.

Speaking

I speak about what I've been through myself: how to build systems that run without manual control, how to scale beyond a single market, and how to lead teams when everything is changing. Over 15 years on conference stages, forums, and closed strategy sessions — from major industry events to top teams and government structures.

The first meeting is diagnostic. To understand whether it makes sense to continue.
